I am a 2006 graduate from the United States Military Academy which eventually led me down a path to become a military psychiatrist. Upon graduating the military academy, while in Medical School, I discovered a true passion for psychiatry working with veterans in East Orange, New Jersey. I entered active duty military service after graduating medical school and completed my Psychiatry Residency at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. I just knew Psychiatry was my calling.
My time as an Army psychiatrist afforded me the wonderful opportunity to work with and treat many individuals from diverse backgrounds outside of the United States. I had the privilege of serving in Alaska, Iraq, Italy and South Korea. In total, I spent nine years moving around the world taking care of our service members, their families, and our veterans. I moved to Florida in 2023 after leaving the Army full time to plant solid roots for my children and to be closer to my parents here in the Sunshine State.
I am an approachable and thoughtful physician who offers a holistic and patient-centered approach to care. I would certainly love the opportunity to show you. In my spare time, I enjoy exploring nature, hiking, watching sports and simply being with my wife and kids. I am most certainly a New York sports fan. After seeing much of the world I am eager to explore America starting with our wonderful National Parks.
