I specialize in the treatment of trauma, anxiety, depression, pain, weight and self-esteem issues. Having been in the field for over 25 years, I strive to treat my clients in a compassionate, professional and caring manner. I treat individuals, couples and families. I not only use an individualized approach in treatment, I also like to incorporate both traditional and nontraditional techniques such as hypnotherapy when warranted. I am truly passionate about not only providing quality psychotherapy, including cognitive behavioral therapy, but incorporating it with empathy, warmth and kindness.
In my free time swimming is my ultimate form of self-care as well as exercise and Yoga. I would be honored to go through the good times and unfortunate bad times by your side. We can climb the trenches together.
